Salary:                   Up to £50,000 P/A d.o.e + Overtime, Bonus & Benefits

Hours:                   37 hours per week

The opportunity:

This role is key to supporting the improvement projects in Engineering to allow the business to develop and deliver current and future products.

Working within the Capability & Governance team, you will be delivering the Engineering Skills & Knowledge Strategy by identifying critical technical skills and implementing actions to develop working practices and initiatives within an international environment across a European business perimeter.  It is your job to support the delivery and co-ordination of improvement projects to enable continuous improvement.

You will have the opportunity to work with technical experts to support the delivery of strategies and solutions across Engineering, working on a wide range of projects, governing the processes to ensure delivery of the long-term vision for Engineering.

Skills Required:

  • We are seeking a candidate with engineering experience who has a proven record of accomplishment in delivering innovative solutions while continuously developing technical skills and expertise in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • A highly motivated individual with excellent project management and organisational skills able to work in an agile technical environment on multiple projects.
  • Experience in collating and analysing data
  • A history of problem solving, implementing new ways of working and delivering solutions
  • Experience in working closely with stakeholders and engineering partners
  • A strong communicator able to collaborate with the wider business, with the ability and confidence to work autonomously across all levels in an organisation and to build relationships internationally and multi-disciplinary.

You will need to obtain UK Security Clearance for this role. This will require you to either be a UK Citizen or UK dual national . Some restrictions may apply.
