Hardware Design Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000

As the Hardware Design Engineer, you will join a highly skilled and dynamic Test Equipment Design Team, to support the design, integration and validation of test system hardware solutions. We can offer you a stimulating and rewarding role coupled with an exciting career path!
You’ll support and carry out design activities in line with specifications and carry out diagnostic technical investigations with support from Principal Engineers. You’ll also report and escalate any technical problems or issues and support the development of TE through the product lifecycle, providing support to process improvement activities.

Hardware Design Engineer experience required

Practical working knowledge of test needs and techniques in support of product life cycle development.

Experience of design Proving and performance testing during development (Preferential)

Experience of Environmental and EMC testing during qualification (Desirable)

Strong document writing skills associated with TE hardware design needs.
