Integration and Systems Validation Lead
Salary: Up to £55,000 - depending on experience
Location: Bristol

This is an excellent opportunity to work as an Integration and Systems Validation Lead where you will be part of a team providing a world-leading and business-winning trials and testing capability to the UK MoD
The Integration and Systems Validation Lead role:
You will be involved in the whole lifecycle of a multitude of differing projects, typically running for only a year or two at a time. Whilst the primary focus is testing of hardware and model validation, a lot of work is involved is getting to the point of testing.
Agreeing testing requirements, producing planning and safety documentation, developing & building test hardware and report writing all form part of the job as well as the trial conduct itself. During trials, as the Trials Lead, you will be responsible for the trial conduct as well as the health and safety of all personnel during these activities. The test phases also vary in size, from small, screened room tests in Filton to offsite (UK and overseas) multi-week deployments.
Each team member also has a secondary role to do with maintaining and evolving our world-leading testing capability.
Integration and Systems Validation Lead experience required:

Ideally, but not essential, you will have electronic design experience.

An understanding of trials processes and safety management.

An appreciation of the verification and validation process of delivering a programme in accordance with the DVP.

Ability to work in a flexible manner to deal with adapting programme milestones and timescales.

For this role, you must be willing to undertake the DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance process.
