If so, then this Power Electronics Engineer role could be for you. You’ll play an integral part in delivering power electronics that control Actuation Systems - driving and controlling motors that manoeuvre fins and ultimately provide controlled movement to products.
 
You will be responsible for circuit design, prototyping, testing and integration/design proving of hardware needed for motor control, feedback loops and general control system support during flight.
 
This role will cover activities from early feasibility and technology assessments to certification and supporting the transition to production. You will operate in all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality, cost and rate targets by working closely with wide-ranging stakeholders as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

Power Electronics Engineer experience required.
  • Ideally, degree qualified ​with background and experience in Electronic Design, development and delivery.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team and a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience working in high-integrity industries where stringent safety and security constraints are ingrained.
  • Experience in power electronics along with the experience and commitment to designing excellent solutions.
