Salary: Circa £65,000 (dependent on experience)
 

Our client, a leading Defence organisation, is seeking a Permanent Simulation Project Lead to join their innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work within the Weapon Systems Simulation & Experimentation team, advancing the use of distributed simulation in weapon system design and development.

The Opportunity:

In this key position, you will:

• Lead the delivery and development of simulation components using Agile methodologies.
• Integrate real products, models, and synthetic environments for verification, validation, and training.
• Drive innovative solutions with cutting-edge technology, ensuring an end-to-end representation of weapon systems.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background as a Simulation/Software Project Lead.
• Proficiency in C# and C++ software development.
• Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of project scope and stakeholder engagement.
